The food blogger version of how we met involves golden sunsets, an exotic villa, fields of aromatic lavender, and maybe even a gondola. However, in classic Gen-X fashion, we met in a record store somewhere between high school and college, discovered we loved all the same things and have been sharing a brain (mostly hers) ever since.

Our creative partnership is rooted in building, crafting, and painting together, each of us complementing the other’s strengths. Along the way, we discovered Ollie, a five-legged spider whose world of mischief and whimsy is the perfect playground for kids and adults.   We also share a love for magical, dreamy places and the bold, playful designs of mid-century modern art.

We create work that reflects everything we loved as children and everything that resonates deep within us today. Through our illustrations and stories, we bring to life a world as we wish it was—a place where adults and children are free to play, discover, and adventure together.
