All sales are final. We are a small family run business and all our art and merchandise is made specifically for you based on your selections. We don’t store stock in a warehouse or have a facility process and resell/keep returns. We appreciate your understanding and are always grateful for your order!
Orders
We start production on each item immediately when it is ordered based on the exact details of your order. While we can change certain things about orders such as shipping address, we cannot cancel, alter size, selections or type for orders after they are placed. Please be certain of all details before placing your order. Thank you!
Applicable Exchanges
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If your item is damaged in shipping, please email us your order details and photos to [email protected] so we can replace your order. Thank you!
Shipping
Shipping time depends upon your specific order details. Each product is made specifically for you using one of our production partners when it is ordered. We estimate 7-14 business days for production and shipping for most of our products and will do our best to get it to you even quicker. We can not be responsible for shipping delays due to production delays, weather or seasonal time constraints.
